Detta är vad man behöver under ett Trigger point pass och ett Shape Up pass.

Detta är vår instruktör Johanna Ahlfors som håiier i Trigger point & Shape Up och hon har hållt i väldigt många andra pass däribland Bodycombat som jag var flitig deltagare i. Johanna skall återigen bli skollärare men har kvar Trigger point & Shape Up. Hon är en rolig tjej och har koll på oss passdeltagare.

Triggerpunkter är små knutar som utvecklas i en muskel när den är skadad eller överarbetad.

Smärta strålar ofta ut från dessa punkter av lokal ömhet till bredare områden, ibland avlägsna från själva utlösningspunkten.

Shape Up är en grundläggande styrke- och rörlighetsträning för hela kroppen.
